Late Summer to early Autumn beauty 

The later flowering clematis hybrids are ideal for growing on fences and walls, up pergolas and through shrubs and trees. Due to flowering later, they can be pruned down to around 30cm ( approx 12”) from the ground. The July to October Species clematis and their cultivars are invaluable, some of which are scented. They often have smaller flowers but in abundance and in a wide range of colours. Most are optional pruners.
